We provide you with plenty of access to our delegates, for example

....on the day of the meeting

Our meetings are aimed to facilitate and encourage the researchers to talk to the commercial companies. We offer you

• The opportunity to talk about your company’s products/services in a 20- 30 minute presentation incorporated into the meeting agenda. Your talk incorporated with other company talks and invited researchers who are at the forefront of their field;
• An exhibition stand in the hall where registration will take place and all food and refreshments will be served. This will give you access to the meeting delegates for a minimum of 2 hours:-
• 30 minutes in the morning
• 1 hour for lunch
• 30 minutes in the afternoon
• Access to our delegate packs which are given to all delegates on arrival. You will need to mail us your promotional material (flyers / catalogues / pens…) not later than a week before an event to ensure that they are placed in the delegate bags

....after the meeting

All our delegates agree on registration that we can pass their information to exhibiting companies and you will receive a full delegate list and company within 7 days of an event
